Blue Ridge School of Massage and Yoga in Blacksburg, Virginia offers a comprehensive Medical Massage-based curriculum: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Myofascial Release, Shiatsu and Thai Yoga Massage as major bodywork modalities, with Reiki, Polarity, Reflexology and Pregnancy Massage in-depth introductions. Yoga and Chi Kung are integrated into classes to promote wellness and safe massage practice, focus, and kinesthetic body awareness. Students are well grounded in Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Communication, Ethics, and Business Practices by their graduation.
